This is a 90 min treatment incorporating elements of both Swedish and Sports massage.
 
This treatment will be adjusted depending on the client's needs to include deep tissue work, stretching and relaxation techniques.
I will work on those tight muscles, adjusting pressure according to the client.
 
It will include back, glutes (let's not neglect them!), legs, feet, arms, neck, shoulders, and finishes up with a relaxing shiatsu facial massage.
 
All parts are optional, of course, and this can be a deep tissue sports massage session, or a chance to check in with yourself, and relax.
